Refund Policy

In case of damage by courier:

If any artwork arrives damaged then the customer should inform Robyn Cove as soon as possible within 14 days of delivery with proof of damage and state of packaging. Return shipping will be organised and an exchange or refund agreed upon.  Refund's will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer. Please do not return artworks without first having agreed the return with Robyn Cove, she will supply you with the return information you need.

Other:

Robyn Cove is careful to represent the artworks sold on this wbsite as accurately as she can. If you are unhappy with your order and feel it has been misrepresented then please contact Robyn to discuss this. The customer must contact Robyn within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Artworks must be returned in the condition they were sent in. The customer is responsible for properly packaging the atrworks and for the return shipping costs. Refund's will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer. Please do not return artworks without first having agreed the return with Robyn Cove, she will supply you with the return information you need.

You can contact Robyn via the contact us form on this website or by emailing studio@robyncove.co.uk if sending images. 

Robyn will usually reply within 24 hours but ocassionally this is not possible in which case please wait 72 hours before sending a follow up email.
